Integrated Internal and Consultant Project Teams

Up to this point project teams tend to consist of experts in specialist fields from design/engineering/project management/operation design who are well versed in the project's intended outcomes and the need to mesh smoothly with internal stakeholders to prepare for opening. We recognise the importance of making sure all stakeholders clearly understand the crucial part they play in the successful delivery of the project, and ensuring they are acutely aware of the time commitments required from them, when their involvement is necessary, and their importance in making sure all elements are delivered on time. If gaps are emerging they have to be escalated to make sure they are swiftly resolved. It is not unusual for a major project delivery team to have upwards of 80 stakeholders that must be kept informed, responded to and motivated.

Product and Delivery Preparation

Taking the theory and clarifying how and when it will be delivered. Sense checking the costs from the business case with up to date real market pricing. Our team have written the RFPs, scoring sheets and conducted interviews for -

We also have extensive experience of structuring and recruiting entirely new internal and/or mixed supplier and internal operation teams from scratch.

Training

We can advise on approaches to building a team that is trained to deliver seamless excellence, irrespective of whether they are internal or partner staff. When a large brand has their name on a facility, the tiniest details make a difference to lofty customer expectations, from ease of parking and bathroom cleanliness to ensuring all staff including the most unlikely are fully integrated in the customer service culture. No staff member should ever be left exposed by inadequate training.
