Our team have been responsible for development of numerous customer facing websites, on and off-line booking and payment systems, integrated resource management and reporting systems. Our extensive knowledge of experiential operations means we can provide invaluable insight to both clients and system developers to ensure all necessary components are included and integrated effectively. IT projects for experiential operation can be daunting and difficult to visualise in advance of having a working demonstration, and it is easy to lose track of the components of a complex system which are invisible until it is finished. We are able to advise and support during system specification development, help to develop RFP documents, help with partner selection, assess userflows and wireframes, provide testing support during QA phases and broader advice on all phases of development.
